The "ACT-300A IIS" is a tabletop spin coater capable of precise automatic dripping at the microliter level, equipped with a micro-syringe pump. It can drip up to 15 different liquids, and options such as air blow, edge rinse, and back rinse can be added upon request. The rotation speed can be set in the range of 0 to 6000 RPM, with an accuracy of less than ±1 RPM, which is very good. You can simultaneously set "rotation speed," "acceleration/deceleration time," and "keep time" for one-step operations, and it features a program with 10 steps and 100 patterns (with prior notice, 20 steps and 50 patterns, or 50 steps and 20 patterns are also possible), making it easy to meet desired conditions. It is equipped with an interlock sensor that prevents rotation unless it detects vacuum suction pressure on the substrate, and it automatically stops rotation if the safety cover is opened during operation, ensuring safety.
